NAIKA TOUSSAINT has wrapped a role on the GARAGE SALE MYSTERY : “A Picture of Murder“.

Garage Sale Mystery is an American/Canadian mystery film series starring Lori Loughlin (“When Calls the Heart“, “Fuller House“) as Jennifer Shannon. It airs on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries in the US, Bravo in Canada and Channel 5 in the UK occasionally as part of the weekday films. Executive produced by Jonathan Axelrod. The series follows the story of antiques dealer Jennifer (Loughlin) who has a knack for finding crimes. Her eye for details leads her to help solving these crimes even if it puts her own life in danger.

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries designates August as “Garage Sale Mystery” month when the network’s successful “Garage Sale Mystery” franchise returns as a limited series with four all-new original movies, bringing installments 11 through 14 to the screen August 2018. The announcement was made as part of Crown Media Family Networks’ TV Critics Association Winter Press Tour.

“Dubbing August ‘Garage Sale Mystery‘ month on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries proved to be a successful program event last year and we are thrilled to make it an annual, appointment television destination for our sleuthing fans,” said Michelle Vicary, Executive Vice President, Programming and Network Program Publicity, Crown Media Family Networks. “This series of mystery movies continues to grow in popularity and going in to its eleventh installment proves how much viewers love these characters and stories that Lori Loughlin so eloquently brings to life.”

Sarah Strange (“Men in Trees,” “Life as We Know It“), Steve Bacic (“When Calls the Heart“), Eva Bourne (“When Calls the Heart“) and Kevin O’Grady (“You Me Her“) also star.

The four original “Garage Sale Mystery” movies that premiered every Sunday in August of 2017 helped elevate Hallmark Movies & Mysteries to the top 10 in rankings for ad-supported cable networks. The movies ranked #1 in Prime Time every Sunday night making August the most-watched month for the network outside of November and December consisting of holiday programming.
