DON’T MISS THE MAGIC!!!! – TUNE IN TONIGHT, WED, JANUARY 17TH

Make sure to tune in tonight to catch Madeleine Arthur in her recurring guest star role on Season 3 Episode 2 of Syfy’s series The Magicians!!

The Magicians season 3 has begun its epic quest. It premiered last week and it will continue its run with the episode entitled “Heroes and Morons“.

The Magicians is back, and if you thought the Season 2 finale cliffhanger was going to be wrapped up in a nice bow before moving on to other adventures, you are in for a rude awakening. Magic is gone. Gone from Fillory, gone from Earth, gone from our heroes and villains. After Quentin and his crew straight-up murdered a god in the Season 2 finale, magic was straight-up turned off in this sector of the universe, leaving all of our characters in precarious positions. But rather than fix things right away, The Magicians Season 3 seizes upon this plot development as an opportunity to deepen the characters, raise the stakes, and let the gallows humour fly higher than ever before. The show is different but the same; wildly reconfigured, but still the Magicians we know and love. It’s an evolution, baby, and we’re in for a hell of a ride. The show’s sense of humour is a big reason why it succeeds as well as it does, and it’s what affords the writers the ability to confront such serious subject matter without falling into a pit of despair.
Darkly hilarious, emotionally complex, wildly fantastical, and a little funky—there’s nothing else like it, and that’s precisely what makes it such a joy to watch. Magic may be gone, but The Magicians’ cup runneth over with charm to spare.

The Magicians is an American fantasy television series that airs on Syfy and is based on the novels of the same name by Lev Grossman.
When grad student Quentin Coldwater (Jason Ralph) enters a college specializing in magic, he learns that the mythic fantasy world he once read about is very real. Also starring Arjun Gupta, Hale Appleman Stella Maeve, Olivia Taylor Dudley, Summer Bishil and Jade Taylor.

Finding Stuff Out is a show that gives kids what they want: answers to the questions that matter to them! Why is gum sticky? Do bugs have bones? If you live at the North Pole, how do you know if it’s nighttime? Our host, 10-year-old Zoey won’t stop until she finds the answers – even if that involves holding a tarantula, sticking herself to the wall with Velcro, having a studio full of chickens, or swimming with stingrays at the local aquarium.

Zoey conducts the most outrageous experiments, meets fascinating creatures and goes out into the field with real scientists, to investigate things up close.  She can’t imagine anything more fun than science and inventions (unless it’s singing silly songs about it!) Zoey is always eager to share her enthusiasm and curiosity about how the world works.

Jaedon’s Good Fortune…

Jaedon Siewert has booked a recurring role on season 2 of the TV Series
A Series Of Unfortunate Events which will start filming in Jan 2018.

Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events, or simply A Series of Unfortunate Events, is an American black comedy-drama television series from Netflix, developed by Mark Hudis and Barry Sonnenfeld, based on the children’s novel series of the same name by Lemony Snicket. It stars Neil Patrick Harris, Patrick Warburton, Malina Weissman, Louis Hynes, K. Todd Freeman, and Presley Smith.
The first season, which premiered on January 13, 2017, consists of eight episodes and adapts the first four books of the series. The series was renewed for a second season in March 2017, intended to consist of ten episodes that adapt books five through nine of the novel series, and was renewed for a third season a month later, which is expected to adapt the remaining four books. The second season is scheduled to be released on March 30, 2018.

This series follows the tragic tale of three orphans — Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire — who are investigating their parents’ mysterious death. The siblings are saddled with an evil guardian named Count Olaf (portrayed by award-winning actor Neil Patrick Harris), who will do whatever it takes to get his hands on the Baudelaire’s inheritance. Violet, Klaus, and Sunny must outsmart Olaf at every turn, foiling devious plans and disguises. The series is based on the best-selling series of books by Lemony Snickey (aka Daniel Handler).

In True Lemony Snicker fashion, the season two release was teased in a cryptic video that contained a hidden message from its showrunners.
The secret message – “URL www.vastlyfrighteningdecision.com” – led fans to a website containing a letter from Lemony Snicket himself.

The letter reads: “To my horror, Netflix has funnelled their ill-gotten gains towards a second season of this unhappy and unnerving series.

“Even as we speak, set builders, costume designers and trauma specialists are snapping into action, the better to bring you even more upsetting episodes, all because of your reputed enthusiasm for this grim example of so-called family programming.”
